The 200A-3PH Mk3 Secondary Current Injection Test Set is a portable, compact, and versatile system for commissioning and maintenance engineers. It provides a flexible and easy-to-use solution for testing and timing protective relays, circuit breakers, and thermal overloads. The unit has a rating suitable for testing thermal trips and is equally adept at testing solid-state or electromechanical relays.

The timing system is flexible and accurate, allowing high precision measurement of trip times. The device may be timed using the NC or NO timer modes for units with auxiliary contacts. Meanwhile, devices with no auxiliary contacts may be timed using the current-operated mode. The 200A-3PH Mk3 is ideal for testing over and undercurrent relays, IDMT relays, thermal overloads, and magnetic circuit breakers.

The unit has three independent outputs, each for a phase. The output is isolated and independently variable, and it allows for the injection of currents up to 200A. The digital true RMS system with a 3.5 digit LED display meters the output. Illuminated push buttons switch the output on and off, while the current is set using three control knobs on the front panel. All ranges are continuously variable from zero, and a switched, isolated auxiliary 240V 50mA AC supply is available to power auxiliary control circuits.
